2008 Bellarina Meritage Red

Our Bellarina has a classic claret appearance of garnet red with light red hues. It is fragrant with red currants, sweet spice, rhubarb, and fresh herb impressions. On the palate, the wine has tart red cherry, raspberry, red plum, and black tea flavors. The wine finishes with hints of plum and vanilla.

2006 Cabernet Sauvignon

This sultry wine presents aromas of ripe black currants and the classic fragrant character of leather and tobacco. It is full and lively on the palate, with firm, fine-grained vanilla tannins on the finish.

2009 Sauvignon Blanc

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were all hand-picked from the shady hillside of Bavarian Lion Vineyards. The loam soil and shade provides for more vigorous fruit flavors known to Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This wine is tropical and spicy, with an underlying grassy note. In the mouth it is balanced and soft, with a crisp, elegant finish.

Winemaker’s Tasting Notes: Our Sauvignon Blanc has an aroma of pineapple, citrus, sweet pea, and pear. Similar impressions follow through in the palate. Elegant, but with a vibrant intensity of flavors, this wine has a crisp, refreshing finish.

This is a hearty, full-bodied, opulent Syrah intense in color of deep red and purple hues. It displays lots of ripe, chewy, black fruits on the nose with hints of spice and green apple. The palate is loaded with flavors of blackberry fruit, notes of black pepper, and very appealing ripe, spicy tannins.
