New Neighbors on the Estate: Black Angus Cattle

We're excited to introduce fifteen black Angus cattle to our Knights Valley estate, the newest addition to our farm to table ambitions. We've partnered with our neighbor Cheryl LaFranchi, owner of Oak Ridge Angus, whose beef supplies respected local butchers like Sonoma Meat Co. and has built a reputation for quality.

It's a natural extension of what we're already doing across the property. Alongside the cattle, we're excited to keep building out the handcrafted, small batch side of the estate: our olive oil, our apiary program, and the truffle orchard. We can't wait to see where this partnership takes us.
