Returns & Replacements

If your wine arrives damaged, please notify us within ten days of your shipment’s delivery if any issues occur. Should any product be damaged during shipping to your address, please call us at 916-293-1384 or email us at info@ehretwinery.com. Please include any photos of your damaged shipment. If you receive a wine that does not look or taste right, please contact us immediately.

Upon notification, we will gladly replace any damaged or defective product with the same product. If that product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product or refund your payment.
